There is power in giving. At Mountaintop, we take pride in being significantly funded by the communities where our Fellows live and serve. This means that our dollars come from a mix of community foundations, host contributions, and individual donors. However, our community-driven funding model doesn’t end there. Over 75% of our funding goes directly towards Fellowship stipends, training, and programming. When you donate to Mountaintop, you are fueling a movement of transformational leadership in underserved communities worldwide.
While we prefer for gifts to be unrestricted to ensure that Mountaintop can best optimize the funds to make the biggest impact, donors may choose to designate their gift for particular purposes or fellowships operating in specific geographies.
